LIST OF SUB-PROCESSORS
In order to provide our Services, Torq engages third-party service providers to carry out processing activities that involve access to Personal Data. These Sub-processors are identified below with a description of the purpose of their processing activities, and their respective locations.
Torq engages the following Sub-processors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of our Services:

Torq Affiliates
Torq Technologies Ltd. (Israeli company) and its Affiliate, Torq Technologies Inc. (Delaware corporation) process Personal Data on behalf of one another in order to provide the Services to Torq’s customers, as well as in the course of its business operations.
