Torq was founded in 2020 by cybersecurity trailblazers Ofer Smadari, Leonid Belkind, and Eldad Livni to rewrite the rules of security operations with the industry’s first enterprise-grade Hyperautomation platform.

In 2021, Torq landed $50m in funding, secured our first customers, and built the first iteration of our Hyperautomation platform. And somewhere between shipping workflows at machine speed and securing logos, we put legacy SOAR in the ground.

Socrates, our AI SOC Analyst, was born in 2023 — changing cybersecurity forever. Able to close 90% of Tier-1 tickets autonomously, Torq Hyperautomation received major analyst validation from IDC and GigaOm.

In 2025, Torq launched HyperSOC 2o, the industry’s first AI SOC featuring a Multi-Agent System and native MCP support.
